Project overview

AEGEE-Leiden needed a modern website to replace an outdated Weebly site. I chaired a team of six and worked as one of the core developers to rebuild the site.

What I delivered

• Information architecture that reduced the navigation from 35 pages to 11.
• A responsive, performance focused front end with clear calls to action.
• Collaboration with writers and designers to align content and visuals.

Outcome

The new site is faster, easier to navigate, and better communicates the association’s values. This was a group effort, with shared design, content, and development work.
